Lauren was super nice, she transferred a script for me and filled it, all within about 10 min. She even looked up one of them on Good RX for me because I said I didn’t want to pay the 70 dollars for one of them. Thanks Lauren!

Terrible customer service! I stood in line for over 10 minutes to drop off, no big deal but the lady looked at me while I was standing there and after helping the lady she was helping at drop off she automatically went to the pick up section. Mind you there was already someone helping all the pick ups doing the job just fine. You can barely hear these people talking. The lines were not clear for people to understand. People were all over in lines they were supposed to be in. They also told me they would text me when my prescription was ready, never got a text. Completely unsatisfied with their performance.

They don't answer the phone. I have been on hold without anyone saying anything. Just a prerecorded message.

I wish I could give this place a half star. I waited for 27 minutes to drop off a prescription. Terrible customer service. Multiple technicians available, yet did not help put the drop off line. I do not recommend this cvs. Go to the one on county line. So friendly and professional. Pharamcy staff is excellent.

Horrible pharmacist! My daughter has a prescription that we fill every single month. It is the same every single month. He didn’t have any in stock. Frustrating, but okay. He also said that because of the way our pediatrician wrote the script, he wouldn’t fill it anyway. She wrote capsule instead of tablet. Again, not a new script. He sent us to the County Line Road store and said that it’s up to the pharmacist there whether to accept the script as is or not. The pharmacist there, who treated us with kindness and respect, let us know that he had called before we arrived to make sure she knew he wouldn’t take the script. Really? She gave us all our options complete with costs and filled the script - no drama required. We are taking all our prescriptions to the county line road location from now on. It’s sad that basic human decency has become optional.
