Would give a negative rating if it was possible... I guess of incompetence is what the management at this office is after than all their staff have job security... worst over the phone presence ever!! Have put in writing requests TWICE to CORRECT my number after they input it incorrectly twice. That was months ago & still can’t get it done... Y’all are lame!!

There are cameras and listening devices in my apt..nThey never told me anything about the cameras amd listening devices. AND, THIS WHOLE APARTMENT COMPLEX ARE WATCHING ME AS WELL. ud83dude21ud83dude21nMy apartment flooded after only 1.5 months there, and I was charged $119 becausenThey said I cannot put wipesnThat say flushable wipes on the pakage... people here are very racist against Aferican American and people of color.nI like my apartment but as I live here, the more I am finding out more disfunctional and abusive the people are here. It starts from the top, down...

We have waited nearly 7 years for help. We are aware of the difficult times so many are in. However we have been so desperate for assistance and seem to get no where when we check into our status. The office personnel on Bannock doesn't allow us to speak to them in their office. We are spoken to in their public waiting area, which feels very impersonal and imits what we feel we can discuss in public.nOur last inquiry about six months ago we did leave with a tad of hope. We were told we are on the list but closer to the top of the list.Thus far we still have not heard anything from this inquire.nThe rental we currently reside in currently, is WILLING TO BE ON THE Housing Program. Just maybe this would be helpful if he contacted housing and made this known. It sure wouldn't hurt. Possibly a door will open.nWe thank housing for all they have done to help others in need. We realize they can only do so much. If you have any suggestions Housing or Anyone one else reading this post, please post. I will look for responses. We are not looking to judge others or give a bad rap to anyone. That would not be beneficial. Helpful suggestions or uplifting news is what is needed. God bless you all.nSincerely D and D Storey
