Thank you Brad and the team at Mountain High.
My husband and I decided to check out Mountain High Appliances. I'm glad we did. After researching the type of double oven that we wanted, we went to the store. The sales staff was very helpful. We left the store with specs for a possible oven, as well as the price. We went home and did more research, emailing the sales person several more times. He always got back to us in a timely manner. We ended up ordering the double oven. With COVID-19 going on, it will take several months to get the oven, and that's ok. The store called us this week, and the appliance should be here at the end of October, and it'sid September. The store is clean, the staff is helpful, and the selection is huge. It's a good place to go if you are looking to purchase an appliance. Thanks!
We had such a positive experience at Mountain High Appliance. Our sales person (Randy Brown) was so helpful throughout the process of picking out a dishwasher and had extensive knowledge of the products he showed us. When our second dishwasher dies, we will be back to purchase a replacement.nnI am subtracting one star because we were given a delivery window of 11-1 and the delivery team did not show up until 4. However, the delivery team were very friendly and knowledgeable about the product being installed.
Excellent store, these guys really know what they are doing! Seth took great care of us, but the whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mountain High over any of the big box stores!
Very friendly staff and great selection! Matthew is super knowledgeable with over 10 years of experience. He showed us what we had in mind, never pressured us to buy, and ultimately helped us find something perfect for our new home!
