Excellent customer service from all divisions! Randy was extremely helpful in helping us choose the best fireplaces for our new home. He came to our house and went through the pros and cons of various options. Nick and his install teams did an incredible job and worked diligently to get everything done correctly. Bambi and her team communicated very well during the whole process from start to finish. Cameron was an absolute pleasure to speak with on various occasions while ensuring his team met the high standards of Jakes company. Would absolutely recommend for any fireplace install!
I’ve had my chimney cleaned before by another company before and they just did a run of the mill cleaning from inside the house and I thought it was sufficient until I had Mountain Hearth do a cleaning.....holy cow what a difference! They use multiple layers of protection to keep my house clean, cleaned from both the roof and inside the house and then proceeded to look over of my stove to make sure everything was up to safety standards/clearance etc. They went above and beyond my expectations of what should happen during a cleaning service! Wouldn’t have anyone else do a cleaning from now on. Highly recommend.
Just installed a gas fireplace and had an amazing experience. They helped me pick out what I wanted, ordered it quickly, and installed in a few hours. Installers were great (I think Adam and Jake?/Paul?), fast, friendly and covid conscious. Will use them again if I need an outdoor patio!

We were completely satisfied with Mountain Hearth & Patio and the services they provided. Randy, the salesman, was very knowledgeable. Our original plan to incorporate an antique surround was not feasible, but Randy worked with us to come up with a satisfactory solution. Installers, Nick and Scott, were also very professional. They figured out the best route for the gas line and the flue. Installation was smooth with minimal disruption. Everyone at Mountain Hearth is willing to answer any questions you may have.
