Shop Eddie Bauer often because they carry tall sizes in most items. Prefer the Aspen Grove location because of the store manager Jessica. She keeps the store orderly and offers a great customer experience. Jessica is kind and courteous and always quick to offer a suggestion when appropriate. When it comes to customer service and business accumen in Littleton Colorado, Jessica is a God amongst peasants

Was my favorite in-store and Brand but I guess all good things come to an end with bad customers service. store manager (Jessica) was rude and acted inconvenienced, me driving 45 mins was the inconvenience.

I was treated extremely badly by the staff. I have a hearing loss and read lips. Today I was in this store and a salesman approached me in a hostile manner. I honestly have no idea what he wanted, because I can't hear, and I couldn't read his lips because of his face mask. I tried to explain, but ended up leaving the store in frustration. Clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

I love this store. It was especially a great surprise to walk in to see almost everything in there it was at least 50% off!nnIf you like gadgets like I do they have a great variety of stocking stuffers.nnI WOULD recommend.

Amazing customer service! The ladies there did everything they could to locate the rain jacket we wanted. They called multiple stores to try to find us one that day since the sale ended that day. They even gave us some workarounds as they have a great exchange policy. Not wanting to do the workarounds because we didn't want to buy something only to return it... (I'd want the next person who bought it to be brand new) Anyways, the manager was able to figure it out online for us and get us what we wanted. We ended up buying two more jackets
