I'm a tow driver. Went to pick up a vehicle for a customer. Didn't have the correct info needed but the reps at the window went way out of their way to try and locate the car for me. Turns out vehicle wasn't even at this location. Thanks for all the help. Could have easily brushed me aside but they didn't

I had the worst experience there going to pick a motorcycle for a customer. I was the first there in the morning and pulled in the gate, went inside to a corner office, not a sole around and not a sign with any type of directions. On the counter was a touch screen to enter the lot number. Plugged it in and it printed the sticker. An outside worker told me to pull to the back to the loading spot and I did. After an hour plus they had loaded a few other people and a driver came over to me. My scheduled pick up wasn't on his list. I then called the office and they said to come up stairs. I did and still not a single sign with directions. Waited about 20 minutes for the one person to help another driver and then another driver was called up. I called the office again and they said I had to go outside to the front entrance and use the app and scan the code to get in line. Basically to the back of the line with several people waiting to pick up. They offered no help to spped up the process and I said I was leaving. The app didn't have any option to check in for the scheduled of pick up. I left my customer hanging and thought he had someone else lined up. If Copart charges him for not picking up that is totally wrong. I will never pick up at Copart again. Driving 900 miles home empty.

Best of the best as far as copart goes.! Its organized and efficient. Staff is helpful and kind. Its a big operation so its not perfect but it works! Keep up all the great work denver south team!! I appreciate you guys!

Copart south has improved in wait times I am super impressed with the appointment log and loaders on time thank you copart staff.

It's been ALWAYS under staff! They charge good BUT don't hire extra people! Front desk people do a lot of other tasks BUT taking care of walk ins! ud83dude23
