I just wanted to say how impressed I was with my experience at Ralph Schomp BMW. I walked in wanting to see two cars. They pulled them right up and I was test driving within about 10 minutes. The sales rep took his time with me and showed me everything about the car and answered all of my questions. I had the price of the car right when we got back and there was no hassle or wait time trying to get to the best price. This is the place to go if you are looking for a BMW. Quick, easy, and a great price!

I had a great experience at Schomp BMW and was impressed by their friendliness and attentiveness. The fact that they don’t negotiate was a plus for me and I was confident I was getting a great quality vehicle at a great price. I worked with Jason K through the whole process. He was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Before arriving, he sent me a full video of the vehicle which made me feel confident it was worth driving 35 min to test drive. I had some issues with a bank on the east coast that delayed the final paperwork, but he was patient and helpful throughout it all. Schomp BMW is definitely top of the line. I just wish they had a Jeep dealer but I’d be happy to look at their inventory first when looking for my next vehicle!

We purchased a new '21 BMW X1 yesterday from Schomp BMW and had a great experience. Andy Franklin was our salesperson. We straight away asked if he could possibly make our transaction as painless and quick as possible, and he did just that. They had the exact car with the features we wanted on the lot and after a quick test drive, we were in love. Andy was able to negotiate a fair price and trade-in, and we were very satisfied with the whole deal and also how friendly and attentive all the Schomp personnel were. The X1 is a great car. If you are looking for a BMW, we can highly recommend Schomp.

The car itself is okay but the price you pay for the services you get are not worth it.nThe genius team sets appointments and doesn't show up, then doesn't follow up.nThere is no after sales follow up.nBasically the whole experience is great until you are done signing the paperwork, then it's like you never made business with them in the first place.nIt will be my first and last BMW. Even though the car is amazing the services and price paid for them make the whole experience not worth it.

Buying a car from Schomp BMW was a great experience for me. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted walking in to the dealership and Kevin helped guide me through the whole process. He answered all my questions in a thoughtful, professional manner. I never felt pressured or rushed with Kevin.nnThis was my first luxury car purchase, and I would be happy to go back to Schomp for my next one. I got a fantastic car at a good price.
