LHM Nissan in Highlands Ranch is an excellent dealership. The sales team members are friendly, patient and kind. You will be treated the same whether you have great credit, poor credit, buying used or buying/leasing new. That is one of the most amazing things about this dealership. I do not have stellar credit and I never felt uncomfortable or judged. They worked hard to get me into a car I could afford and worked with a lender to get me great a deal and financing!! They truly went above and beyond all expectations. My cousin was so impressed with how I was treated she is going back to buy a car. I especially would like to recommend and thank Jim Lopez...he was the most knowledgeable and patient sales specialist and he made the process easy and fun!! I am very pleased with my experience at Larry Nissan. I was in a very difficult situation with my previous Rogue SV and they made sure I was a happy customer again. Sam and the service team were awesome! So attentive, not pushy, just real. I came in for a recall repair and ended up getting my winter tires, alignment, and battery repair all taken care of without the higher price markup that some expect from dealership repairs.
