This morning I called in to see about a vehicle and had the opportunity to work with Billy over the phone. He was great and helped with all my concerns. I wanted to make sure it was worth the drive as I live 60 miles away. I got to the dealership and was quickly greeted by him and he has been fantastic through the entire process. Mike Ward is a great dealership from my experience.nnThe only recommend I’d have for them is to ensure that the electric vehicles they do have in stock are charged upon departure.

Update: It seems multiple service department staff members don't understand how masks work. Multiple people not wearing them or wearing them incorrectly. This really pisses me off so I'll be buying my next car elsewhere and my next service requirement will be elsewhere too.nnMyself and other family members have purchased cars here so that should say a lot. The sales experience was average. I was bounced around to a few different sales guys which I don't like, but they all did pretty good. I found it to be similar to any other commissioned sales interaction; not without some pressure and of course there was a rebuttal for every objection to price discount or protection add on, but overall it was experienced as I expected.nnThe service department is very good at customer service and workmanship is top notch, but pricing is high as expected at a dealership. If certain services were more affordable I would complete all repairs here. Overall very happy with the people here, and extremely happy with my second Infiniti.

I recently needed work done on my Outback, when speaking with Brett he set me up with Elijah and together they made sure my vehicle was good to go for my family this winter. Grateful to have these gentlemen working together to ensure customers are happy & safe. Thanks guys!

Mike Ward has always been great to me both sales and service experience. I highly recommend Antonio as your sales expert. He is very helpful and understanding on my needs. This is my to go dealer in Colorado.

We had the absolute best customer service from Jimmy Nicholds. He made the process so simply for our family. If you have tried test driving or buying a car with small kids and car seats, you know what a pain the entire process can be. Jimmy brought the vehicle to our home and let us test drive the car. Then after deciding to purchase, he delivered the car to our home!!! We never had to step foot in the dealership which made it so simple considered a child with a nap to consider. I would highly recommend Jimmy and the Mike Ward Dealership.
