The whole team was superb. Sam and Robert made the whole Process of buying from a different state, super easy.nnOne of the things the most impressed me was That unlike other dealerships they were willing to negotiate on the price .nnOverall I would come back to by buy another car in the future.
I got my Volvo there in 2015 and always go there for everything. These guys are great. All McDonald dealerships are actually above and beyond the competition. The services are priced better than other dealerships and the quality and service is there as well. I would highly recommend McDonald dealerships as I have Hyundai and a Volvo from them
Can't speak highly enough of the whole McDonald team, and especially Tristan Cassilwatts in sales. Tristan was excellent throughout my entire leasing process, and I had a relatively complicated process. He went above and beyond, called back when he said he would, gave accurate answers, and did as much as possible remotely/in advance. When we finally came into the dealership to finalize the lease and pick up the car, it was a simple and painless process.
Sam Gardea is a great guy and very good at helping you find the car you want. He is diligent and patient and doesn't give up. He is very knowledgable and you can tell he really likes what he does so it makes him really good at his job. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a Volvo.
This was one of the best experiences of buying a new vehicle that me and my wife have had. The staff was great they made it very easy and Tristan and Chad we're fantastic to work with mostly because you could really feel that they enjoyed selling Volvo's and we're proud of their product. Long live the prancing moose!
