Update 10/29/2020: Had my 15,000 mile check up at the new location. Oh goodness. The staff in maintenance is awesome! I dealt with three different guys, and each one was courteous, professional, expedient, and so kind. I really appreciate the continuity of care throughout Alpine. Such a great dealership. And the new facility is exceptional. Thanks again, Alpine, for going above and beyond!!!nnThe sales staff was amazing and the service department was awesome in accommodating my schedule. They weren't pushy, they didn't hound me. I have never dealt with a better dealership. They treated me as a human, not a sale or a number. Thank you Alpine!!

Had some hold up with a part but got it all figured put

Emmanuel was so great at helping me find my next car! He was patient and listened. I could tell he genuinely wanted to find the right car for my needs within my budget. I am so happy with my purchase and will come back again for future purchases!

Total disaster. From making the appointment twice to the unfinished online chat to the topic of tire rotation. If you look for oil change online they all include tire rotation. When I arrived at the dealership I was told the rotation is extra, $21 I was hesitant because I have a tire that needs repaired but agreed to anyway. So I asked if the waiting area was open due to covid & was told it was . I could see my car on the rack & after it was down I wasn’t sure how much they did off the rack. after about 45 minutes I went to check & it was in the lot, no call text or email or knowledge of how long it was done? The charge was $71, I said I have lube for life at which I brought up the tire rotation again. The associate said its always been extra! He agreed to take off the tire rotation & was very professional. I left the area to get my car & the first thing I notice is they never did the tire rotation. The tire I mentioned before was in the same position as well as a tire previously repaired (it has a metal tire stem) Not wanting to cause a scene, I came home to let a cooler head prevail. Last oil change we discussed the tire rotation as well & both occasions mentioned warranty requirements. I have an email that says warranty work from the previous visit does not show up. Now I am concerned that if a warranty issue came it would not be covered. My thought of upgrading to the Enclave or Envision just became very slim. I have always been a Ford guy and have bragged about the deal I got on my Encore to friends & coworkers. Did I even get an oil change? Even the vehicle inspection shows very little, all brake numbers are the same 6/mm & tires show 6/32 depth. Was any of this done? My trust of this dealership has been ruined & in GM is questionable.

I worked with Keith today, he was such a pleasure to work with. Everything was super fast super easy super simple. I was able to get the vehicle that I wanted! Everyone was very helpful very nice. Such a great experience. I recommend to stop by if you’re looking to get into a car!
