I had recently been shopping for a used Lexus and had my eye on a few different models at various dealerships around town. I had submitted a general inquiry about the vehicle through AutoTrader, within 10 mins I had heard from 3 different members of the McDonald team offering to help as well as answer any questions I had. Adam had first reached out and was very helpful and understanding that I may not be coming to his dealership if I end up purchasing the exact car I wanted(which i later did). Dave the sales manager was not only very courteous but also helpful. I cannot stress enough that this sales department is the embodiment of professionalism, and coming from a sales and auto background I can be rather difficult to impress. Kudos to Dave, Adam and the entire McDonald team.
