Greatly planned trip last year. My fiance and are we very pleased
I left a message with Jo and the agency to let them know I wanted to book a vacation with them and I never received a call back. Worst customer service ever.
Instead of asking who to book the rental car under, Jo made the assumption that it was the male in my party. Because she didn't ask, I lost a fair amount of money because I had to make changes. The person she booked the rental car under doesn't even have a driver's license. It would be an easy fix, just ask! I was the one booking and paying for the trip.
Communication was not the best! There's things that should have been done for us that weren't!nI wanted a Suite and ended up with a mini suite, Jo the Agent was more about being unavailable than available!nNot the best experience for a first Cruise! Missy and Frank
My wife and I booked a vacation through them in february and spent a good portion of money and had a good experience and vacation was great. My wife called to book another vacation here soon and was told by Sarah (the same agent we used last time)that we were a waste of her time. Then she said she would have someone else call us back to go over details. When the next person called back she wanted us to confirm our flight package before giving us any other options for hotels,etc.. I am not usually the type to put negative reviews about other businesses but this has me furious. We spent a lot of money once with them and were prepared to do so again. But I will never nor will I let anyone I know go through this agency and especially through Sarah .
