The food used to be great, but now due to covid my family usually orders a takeout. Every single time we order they get it wrong. They either miss something or they do a plate or burrito wrong. There are also strands of hair on the food. I don't know what is the cause of this but we are getting pretty tired of this.

I only give 2 stars because the food is always tasty. I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle.nnThe service at this location... it’s awful.nDouble check your order before you leave. They like to short you on chips when you order online for pickup. They also tend get the items wrong on my bowl when I order online.nnBut when I go in to order, no one greets you and they tend to ignore you as they make web orders. I’ve had this happen 4 times, where I waited for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Strange no one says “hello.” I’ve tried and get ignored.nnThis location is very convenient for me, which is partly why I kept going back, but I think it’s time to say goodbye.

Chipotle is in a category on its own and in that category it completely dominates the field. Food is great, fresh and consistent from location to location. I humbly recommend trying their chips and guacamole as an extra side with any order

This is my go to Chipotle typically.nnToday was different though. I was door dashing and received an order to deliver from this location. When I arrived, this locations online ordering system just crashed, right after accepting another order. They couldn't see the actual orders, just the names tied to them.nnThis team adapted and handled it so well. Unfortunately, wait times were longer but their customer service, sense of urgency and dedication to making sure all orders were made correctly was phenomenal. The woman at the counter, I presume to be the manager on duty, buckled down and handled business but was so pleasant despite the commotion.nnThey deserve to be recognized so that is why I write this review. Thanks for making what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience.nnAnd if any customers were rude to you all today, screw 'em. You guys were awesome!
