I went in today to get a refill on a medication that I’ve used for years. I was told this was a walk in clinic. So I show up. I go in and I’m told there are no appointments available and I said well on the website it says walk-ins ,non the other little clinics sites it’s says I need an appointment I came to this one because I’m leaving town for a wedding. .nSo I said so is this a walk-in or not?nShe says well I don’t know how long it’s gonna be could be up to an hour OK so what you’re telling me is that you don’t want to see me you’d rather have make me up an appointment. So she told me that I would just have to sit down and wait meanwhile there’s not one single person in the waiting room.nI explained I don’t have time because I’m leaving town. A magical cold sore the popped up because the weather is changing because I’m super stressed out about this wedding and I can’t get a quick exam and a refill I even have the bottle it’s literally expired by a month.nRude unprofessional, snotty, and clearly didn’t want to be bothered.nSupposed to be a convenient place supposed to be friendly but horribly rude.

I recently got a covid test here, and the nurse practitioner was amazing! Super sweet and attentive. My phone died and she was willing to stand out in the snow to make sure I was all good.

I waited FIVE hours for a walk-in appointment. They told me I probably could be seen at 1 and just to sit and wait in my car until they called me for my turn, didn’t get a call until after I already went to a different Urgent Care 5 hours later. Don’t go here, or if you must go, get an appointment and don’t waste half your day at this place. Inefficient.

THE SLOWEST NURSE EVER!! Not very nice either. Tried to book no appointments but says 15 min wait online. But when I get there I am told they are booked for day. Proceeded to watch this New nurse manager sit in her office on computer and cell Phone while no one was in waiting room or being seen. Did some shopping and every time I looked over. NO ONE waiting. She is awful. Please get better nurses. Made an appointment for next day and even with appointment waited over 45 minutes to be seen while NO ONE was waiting.

This place used to be fantastic and then they got new staff. Now its horrible. I made an appointment, waited for almost an hour with my sick kid only to be told they dont accept my insurance. The same insurance I have used there before. I will not waste my time or money here again.
