I LOVE the pharmacy contactless drive through! It's apart from the main store, and they use a pneumatic tube system for pick up and drop off. Super awesome that I didn't have to be exposed to go pick up. Totally worth going out of your way to get your prescription here.

I went to go refill my birth control prescription, and wanted to speak to a pharmacist to refresh my memory on some questions. As I was talking to the pharmacist, someone behind her forced herself in the conversation, and decided to talk over the pharmacist and take over the conversation. I was trying to confirm somethings that I already knew about birth control in general from information from my doctor and the official website the type of birth control I have. She was telling me that I was wrong, my doctor was wrong, and the website was wrong. It took me back because she was not a licensed pharmacist, and put herself in a conversation where she was not welcomed, nor qualified to speak in. When it comes to medicine and the patient, know your place and ask yourself if you are truly qualified to speak

Pharmacist, Stephani is dedicated to the customer's here,at the Bear valley location. She's always lending an ear. I went to fill a script on my quick break and stood in line with not one person ahead of me for 7 mins. There was about 5 or more people working in the pharmacy. One lady went to answer the phone and I smiled at her with zero response. Just looked at me. And another girl standing next to the window. No one even acknowledged my presence and said I will be right with you.

At approximate 9 p.m. on 4/27/18, there were two cashiers available, one with disabilities. The wait in line was 20 minutes or more and the send check out had no less than 20-25 trying to check out.nWhen I went to the gas station section, I bought soda and a can of Copenhagen. When I got home and went to open the can of Copenhagen, it clearly stated that it was not to be sold after 4/15.
