The clerk that helped me had a sign on her window that said she was in training. She handled both of my transactions professionally as if she had been working at the DMV as a supervisor for years. My transactions were not easy and did take a little time, but as I said they were handled With the professionalism and experience of someone with great zeal for the job.
I had to wait a month for the appointment. Strongly recommend 7am appointment and arrive early. After the doors opened, I walked right in and sat down with clerk. He took great care of registration for my two cars.
Due to COVID19 the office hours are just awful. It's impossible to get help without an appointment & the soonest one available is near Thanksgiving! Unacceptable...
Being the government the COVID precautions are completely ridiculous.
Having a reservation was a lifesaver for my 90 year old friend. We barely got seated and she was called to the window. The clerk was friendly, helpful and efficient. It was a great experience getting an ID card with a change of address. She answered all of our questions and did not rush us but handled the situation professionally. Congrats to your friendly staff and organized office. It was so much easier than I had anticipated that it would be.nThank you!
