I purchased a gorgeous duvet cover from Deny Designs, but when I received my order the color was slightly different from the photos online. It was different enough that the color scheme no longer matched what I had in mind for my space.nnI emailed customer service with my concerns, requesting to return the product.nnTo my surprise, I was issued a full refund and the customer service rep told me to keep the product! He said that art should be shared, not returned, and that he'd hope I could donate the duvet cover or gift them to someone I felt would appreciate the piece. Outstanding! What a great approach to customer service.nnWhile the piece itself is beautiful, it is not what I am looking for. Now I am very excited to donate the duvet cover and have someone else enjoy the piece as it should be enjoyed.
I've just received my tapestry and I couldn't be happier. I will be returning long after I have wall space to accommodate all of it. I really can't thank you enough!
