Dont waste your time. these guys are sleezy. KBB will give you a price and then these guys will low ball you when you get there. Unprofessional. The guy was wearing sandals and looked as though he rolled out of bed. Very unprofessional. Save yourself the time and frusteration. Trust me!

Unprofessional. Bad experience. The guy we worked with had us drive 40 miles just to low ball us on the offer. KBB quoted $14,995.00 and the guy offered us $13,100. The car is in good condition and he and I both agreed that the estimate is accurate and that he just couldn’t sell the car like a volume dealer. He had 101 excuses as to why he wouldn’t offer what KBB offered (yet he’s a KBB location) and told me that he doesn’t have to offer me what KBB quotes. Scam! Don’t bother. Better off selling to a dealer or on craigslist. Terrible experience.

If you receive a call from anyone from this shop asking you to drive your vehicle for hours so they can evaluate it and will buy it from you at the price on your ad (DON'T EVEN DO IT!), or do yourself a favor and take it to carmax first, get a free appraisal then take it to this store and see if they will give you a better offer.nThey will lowball you for sure. Don't mention the carfax appraiser first and see how much they will throw on the table. Honestly it'll be several grands below carmax's.nDon't recommend this shop at all.

Very unfriendly and seemed put off that I interrupted their lunch. Never again will I use Kelley blue book for trying to sell a car.
