Authenticity is the most important aspect to me when traveling. I like to experience a culture in the most genuine & authentic form I possibly can. SKYIN embodies this desire more than any other company I've ever come across. After experiencing this trip with SKYIN, i can honestly say, this is the most genuine & authentic form of travel you can get. From the moment our group arrived, we were greeted with open arms from our host family that was there every step of the way through our itinerary to make sure we were safe and comfortable. Honestly, after this trip, I can not imagine traveling any other way.

After experiencing this trip with SKYIN, I can genuinely say that there is no other way to travel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with absolute joy and comfort from our host families who were there to care for us and lead us through our entire itinerary. THIS is what you can not find with any other travel company. As someone who enjoys experiencing a culture in the most authentic form and living amongst the locals rather than just as a tourist/sightseer, I think SKYIN’s mission is absolutely one-of-a-kind. Although our group was staying with complete strangers, by the end of the trip, these strangers felt like family and I think they would say the same thing about us. Safety was one major aspect I was a bit nervous about, but having a host family there to look out for us and care for us made the biggest difference in the experience as a whole. I will definitely be returning to Kenya and staying with our families again.

This was the trip of a lifetime!! SKYIN gave me the opportunity to explore the country as I never could have imagined. So glad I experienced Kenya with SKYIN.

I very much enjoyed my trip with SKYIN. I got to see Kenya with a local family and see their family's village, got to hang out with Maasai tribesmen, see safari animals up close and personal, got to meet my adopted baby elephant, and ate some of the best home-cooked Kenyan food with my host family. It was so nice to stay with a local family and not have to worry about accomodation, transportation, safety, and food. I just got to enjoy the experience like a local without the hassles of common travel.

My family opened their hearts and home to me as if I was one of their own. Kenya is a spectacular country, and with SKYIN, I had the chance to really dig into the culture and its people.
