All ways good. None better....
Called in a order - misunderstood the representative answering phone, I thought she said something else, wanted to pay cash and credit - I was short a dollar and change, so I had to have a order taken off, cook was complaining and wanted his $, cashier was going to give me my $ back - cook stood there stating - I don't want to waste my food what about my food! I believe that is definitely a problem- whatever happened to customer service skills! I called corporate obviously this restaurant is not included in customer service policies! Food is average! Better Mexican Restaurants out there who offer far better customer service!

Santiago's, in general, can be hit or miss depending on the location and time. Today, however, was a grand slam. The burritos were fresh and hot, service was speedy and we were in and out within 5 minutes. Fast + tasty + good service = 5 stars! A must have!
Tasty breakfast burritos + fast service = a five star rating! Even during a Saturday rush, with custom ordering, we were in and out in 5 minutes. First class all the way!
