Showed up yesterday for grand opening. I didn't realize it was online/phone order for pickup or delivery only, I assumed I could order there. (I may have missed the info somewhere on website or instagram). All worked out as I called them from the parking lot and did the transaction.nnThe food: Ordered a spring roll noodle bowl, a peanut tofu noodle bowl and some spring rolls. Spring rolls tasted good, not overly oily or under/overcooked in my opinion. The bowls were just okay. The noodle to everything else ratio was definitely off, it was really noodle heavy and most of the other ingredients weren't incredibly flavorful. This might be because of the sauce is supposed to carry most of the flavor but I wish more sauce was given with each bowl. (The peanut/tamarind sauce lacked some flavor as well)nnOverall, I love what they are doing and will continue to support the restaurant. They just opened so I'm sure it's only going to get better from here. I'm exited to try the dumplings, sandwiches, and rice bowls.

This place is absolutely amazing. We're only about a 1/4 of the menu through having tried everything but we still can't decide on what our favorite has been! Everything is either vegetarian or vegan and it's all incredible! Easily our favorite restaurant in all of the Denver Area.

So glad this place opened in the neighborhood. I work 6 blocks away and have already had V Revolution for lunch multiple times! Everything I've tried on their menu is just amazing, I cant decide which dumplings I prefer. Howard the owner is also really nice! Best Plant based food in the neighborhood!

I am so so impressed with this place! Just made the drive from Highlands Ranch to try it because I kept hearing amazing things and was absolutely not disappointed. in addition to amazing food and a clean, modern atmosphere, the staff was so lovely and accommodating. I will definitely be back ❤ufe0f

Very clean establishment and a healthy and sustainable menu to order from. Our group had the beyond burgers and chicken sandwich with seasoned and sweet potato fries. Ordered to go and everything came out hot and delicious.
