Terrible customer service. The pharmacist is incredibly rude and they NEVER answer their phone.This CVS is habitually understaffed and the techs/clerks don't know what they are doing. It used to be a good pharmacy but I guess the good people never seem to stay! Wouldn't recommend getting your prescriptions filled here.

I have been using this CVS for over a year, and they consistently are the SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been to. While they are generally nice and polite, I routinely wait in line for over 10 minutes. Seriously. They’re always understaffed and seemingly untrained.

I have been going here for a few years now, and love this pharmacy and their employees.nThe staff is always nice even when they're extremely busy, and they always make sure my prescriptions are taken care of for me and my wife. Sometimes the lines can get long due do only being 1 tech at the register, and it can be frustrating to wait in line 15 minutes or more. But especially lately since the pandemic hit, it seems they are severely understaffed and overwhelmed, PLEASE hire more people and staff accordingly to help.

While the staff here is always friendly, they seem to be constantly understaffed and have a high turn-over rate, which tells me that they may be mismanaged. Treat employees well, pay them fairly, staff appropriately and you’ll see much more loyalty and less turn-over.

The robocalls received from cvs border on harassment. Asked at the pharmacy for them to stop but they did not. Had to look up a 1800 number online to get it done. Hopefully it takes. It would be nice to recieve necessary phone calls, like when there is an issue filling a script but no. You have to go in hours later to find out. Rude pharmacist. No more no thank you. Corporations are not people, it's time to revolt.
