Super friendly on my visits. Nice lol gift shop as well bring my mom to her appointments at this location right by Porter hospital on the campus facing north on Harvardud83dude0e

The lady behind the desk (Lori Baker) is phenomenal. When the pharmacy on site and the adjacent pharmacy at the main hospital building didn't have the prescription I needed, she went above and beyond to help me find where I could pick up my prescription. Her fantastic attitude and take charge way of handling my situation made what was a very stressful morning substantially easier.

Tried calling to get quoted for IVF prescriptions and the lady on the phone was so rude! She lacked the compassion and customer service needed to move forward with the transaction. I hoped to use this pharmacy because it is local but I guess they don't care to receive business. Such a disappointment.

They have the best service here and there is a wonderful little gift shop also. I found the most beautiful earrings there with a guarantee that if you lose or break one, you can return the one you have and get a new pair! They also have great little gifts!
