The pharmacy tech was too busy asking what her coworkers were doing for the weekend to check my medications. She gave me another customers medication! I didn’t realize until I was already home. Incredibly unsafe and they didn’t even apologize. I’m never using this pharmacy again.

The pharmacy went downhill later 2019, but after the new year it's been awesome! So happy it's running smooth again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! They are understaffed and extremely rude ! The younger blonde with piercings is the rudest person I’ve had to deal with ! They don’t let u know when ur prescriptions r ready or if not available! This is a grocery store side hustling pharmaceuticals and it shows! Look at all the other bad ratings! King soopers should fire that rude blonde lady! She has no clue of what customer service is about! She should work in a veterinarian office cause she thinks humans are animals ! ud83dudcaf

They used to do a good job but they have been understaffed for months. Long, long lines, several days to fill prescriptions and you can't get anyone on the phone. I gave them a few months but have now changed pharmacies.
