They have one super nice employee that is actually helpful.nnAnyways, prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, you have to call twice just to verify they actually got the medication ready. Then you'll get there and they'll say it's still not ready. They've had my prescription in for a week, I called today and asked if it was ready because I hadn't heard from them. Super rude when he answered the phone, and said they hadn't filled it because of an error with my insurance that my doctor already discussed with them. Got an attitude when I said I would just pay out of pocket and asked how much it would be. Told him I had a discount card and then he interrupts me saying it's it's going to be triple the cost of the other times I've paid out of pocket, and on top of that tells me he's going to lunch and then they'll be closed the rest of the day so I can get it tomorrow because he wasn't going to do it today.

The staff at this location are very careless and absent minded. Every month I have to call and search for my dogs medication as he has seizures. Every month they never have it and when it does come in they never let me know it is in. I call multiple times. No one calls back. This location is extremely unprofessional!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The past three times I have called to check on prescriptions I make my way to the pharmacy on the day they tell me to arrive, but I am sent home with no prescriptions because they told me the wrong date. How hard is it to read a damn computer screen? Thanks for wasting literally hours of my life. Also, I have never been to a pharmacy that is guaranteed to take a minimum of 45 minutes to get to you on the phone and in person. BEWARE!!

The service here is beyond terrible. I don’t know what the accreditation standards are for pharmacies but it is pretty clear that this location is not engaged in continuous improvement as it relates to patient experience. I’ve never received a patient satisfaction survey in the 10 years I’ve lived in the area. I can only hope their patient safety standards are receiving a higher level of scrutiny. Retail pharmacy in general sets a pretty low bar when it comes to customer service, but this location is by far the worst I’ve encountered.
