Walgreens Pharmacy

The most rude cashiers I have ever experienced in my life.

I find this pharmacy to be easy and convenient. The staff are very helpful and I rarely have to wait in a line of more than 1 person.

I was on the phone waiting for customer service for so long that I drove to the store, looked for what I needed, asked several employees for help, and then the pharmacist was a total jerk. I told him I wasn’t impressed with his customer service.nI’m still looking in the store for the item that is supposedly in the store according to an online feature. Actually, I think I’ll go somewhere else.

Majority of employees (and supervision) seem untrained, unaware and unable to provide good service.

Sherri is usually working in the wine section. Some how she had a manager title.nShe is beyond disrespectful, and constantly is assuming. One night my fiancé, niece and I were all in Walgreens buying pads, some wine, and a few cards. Sherri said she refuses to sell us alcohol since our niece did not ‘look like she belonged to us’. She also stayed we were far ‘too young’ to even have a child with us.nWhen moments prior many other people were checking out with with young kids and alcohol as well.nSherri came and stuck her fingers in our faces, proceeded to try and explain her stance to our niece who is clearly under age. Why wouldn’t she just talk to the adults?! It’s so sad to see so many prejudice people still around. If you see Sherri and you’re of color with your kids- please proceed to the next store you can shop at. She will treat you lesser than a person.nThe other cashier who co-signs for her is usually in the liquor side, and she is a little bigger than the other employees, she has the same opinion of people of color. As well as same sex couples.nMy issue is what if we adopted?! What if we are fostering children?! What if I’m shopping with my niece?? We have to be identical and capable of proving blood lines in order to be in this Walgreens.nSherri is an awful person- and Walgreens should be ashamed they treat their customers in such vile ways.
