We had kind home paint the interior of our new townhome. As far as price goes, they weren't the cheapest but also definitely weren't the most expensive, and for the quality of work they did, I would say they were a bargain. After our painting was finished, a project manager walked through the house with us and actively looked for touch up items to finish. It was a nice touch, as it felt like they were continually on our side and didn't just rely on us to find things, they actively searched them out to make sure the paint job was done well. Would definitely recommend.
Going with Kind Home Solutions for the exterior painting on our home made the entire process just too easy. They offered a competitive bid and although they weren't the lowest, their bid was so detailed I knew exactly what was going to be done and for what price. Everyone from the office to the field was responsive, professional and helpful. Austin and his crew were just amazing. They completed the job quickly and the quality of their work was excellent. They exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. With the warranty they offer I won’t have to do this for another 10 years or so, but I will recommend them to anyone needing paint services. I received quotes from several different companies and I am SO glad I chose Kind Home Solutions! They do it all! My project included a new roof, woodwork and trim repair, new paint. The customer service is spot on. I had a lot of landscaping that I really did not want destroyed and they took extra care to ensure foliage, flowers and all shrubs were not harmed. The entire team worked very hard and stayed on track to get the job done as promised. No corners were cut, quality was fantastic. I can't say enough great things about this company and every single member of the team. All amazing and hard working! The price was also the best out of all the other companies and their communication along the way was better than any contracting service I've ever dealt with. Tom, Emily, Ryota, Keith and their entire crew are amazing!
Working with Kind Home Solutions was an easy clear process. I appreciated how thorough Michael was when he came out and estimated the job and the rate he was able to offer. We had two other companies come out whose bids were not close to his. Emily kept us in the loop on all scheduling, and Chris and his painting team worked wonders. We did choose to replace more boards on our own than was put in our quote. I can not speak to the longevity of the painting because it just occurred. If possible, I will update the review next year because obviously longevity is key. However, more than my just my opinion, I am including photos for you to decide. My husband and I used Kind Home Solutions to paint the exterior of our house. We were so impressed with every aspect of the company. Emily was amazing with helping me pick out colors and patient with us as we waited for HOA approval. Austin and his team were always on time, professional and hard working. The team managed to get all the work done in one day and I had no complaints when the job was completed. I highly recommend Kind Home Solutions to anyone looking for a great paining company!
