They are so quick to come after you when you are behind a payment. Not so much when you are entitled to a refund or request cancelling service because of move. Don't blame this on COVID-19....customer service has always been terrible

It has been over 3 months since my account has been closed and I have yet to receive a refund for the balance I had on my account.

Horrible payment system. Payment date changes each month and they do not offer autopay. How can they be this far behind other utility companies?

Payment system is a pain in the butt. No option to autopay. System is ambiguous as to whether a payment is due or not.
