Never answer calls, lack of empathy for animals stuck in neighbors garage full of debris, mold, no roof they allow it. Complaints from neighbors mold odor from border neighbor since 2014.... police aware code enforcement aware and they were cited as case closed.

Very rude people. If that kind of professionalism was used in ANY other job it wouldnt be tolerated. Why is it ok for them I wonder?

I've had someone dump trash at my house 4 times this year..... Not one person here cares. Unlicensed shops flood the area.

Unresponsive, underfunded and do not communicate effectively. I put the blame on the City of Englewood elected officials and administrators. They're too busy chasing and appeasing large developers to care about the citizens. Unfortunately, I've seen this behavior repeatedly.
