These folks are amazing, had three tethered removed today. A little sore but very happy with the work. They are very compassionate and caring. I really like everyone that I have met there. Would definitely recommend them to my friends. Thank you again.

I am a patient at Acacia Dental. Professional and courteous staff. My first experience was with Nicole, the dental hygienist there, I had the most amazing teeth cleaning using the most advanced technology to date, I definitely recommend her. I cant say enough about Dr. Mark Novelen, DDS is precise and brings outstanding results, I trust his experience and it's evident how devoted he is to his patients. Sean, with his bedside manner and guidance is a great compliment to the doctor during procedures. Kayla is so easy to work with scheduling visits.I recommend Dr. Novelen DDS to everyone.

I had been going to this clinic for years. One day I get sent this enormous bill for work that had been done over the course of several years. Their staff is completely incompetent when it comes to billing your insurance. They take zero accountability for past billing mistakes, and leave you stranded with the bill and threaten to send you to collections. Their actual work is subpar for both dental and orthodontic and they overcharge like their world-renowned experts.

These people tried to double bill by billing me and my insurance! Luckily, I had a colleague who's wife is a dentist review what was billed and she said Acacia was upcoding their work. Not sure what this is exactly, but was told that they fraudulently bill the insurance for work that wasn't actually done, so they could charge my insurance for more money. I was told to report them to the NAIC to report this fraud.
