Unethical and fraudulent provider. Invoices are ALWAYS inaccurate and there is zero customer service to provide resolution. We cancelled service months ago and they still try to provide service. They even invoiced us for services we didn't receive while we were shut down during Covid. You have been warned- don't do business with Cintas!

Inaccurate invoices! They charge for servicing equipment, which is never done since they come when we are closed, and for products that are never received. We had months of invoices that were $131.44 OVER. It took 6 months to get in touch with someone regarding our issues and rather than crediting our account, they dropped of a box of soap while we were closed.

Terrible customer service. (Also note, zero responses to these terrible reviews.) DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. You will regret it 100%! Billing is ALWAYS wrong, and they love to tack on additional charges and watch your bill creep up while doing minimal work on deliveries. Crooked creeps. Stuck waiting on our contract to end to get them out of our business.
