Purchasing a vehicle can be a daunting task but the service I received at Kuni was nothing short of spectacular.nnUpon entering the dealership, I was kindly greeted by Gail, whom pointed me in the right direction and checked in on me throughout my visit. (So thankful for her being very attentive!) Once I met with the sales representatives, the process was smooth. I told them exactly what I was looking for and they were able to accommodate my needs.nnI took a look at one of the SUV’s I saw online and decided to take it for a test drive, I fell in love almost immediately (of course) and wanted to move forward with my purchase.nnKevin made sure that the paperwork was all together prior to presenting it to me and it was a quick yet very informative process to get through the most grueling portion of purchasing a car…financing. I was thankful for his knowledge at this time.nnOnce it was all said and done, I drove my new car home and am very satisfied with my purchase! No buyers remorse here.nnThe service team at Kuni Lexus take their time and make sure that I left knowing how to handle my car, since it is a BMW and my first nice car in my adult experience, I wanted to be extra careful. This review is written for Tyler Swing, Tech Support guy at Kuni Lexus in Greenwood Village. My new 2021 Lexus RX350 is a very complex vehicle. I'm an engineer, retired and getting up there, but still very competent in digital stuff. However, I needed extensive help getting my new car's various systems set up to my preferences and I quite plainly needed a lot of help just understanding the system and learning how to use it properly. Tyler helped me greatly on several occasions and he was just outstanding in every respect. He's the most knowledgeable and very personable person I've worked with at Kuni and I've been a Kuni customer for at least 17 years. He not only patiently helped me while I was at Kuni but he also helped me after I left with telephone calls to clarify information and with texts. He even sent me the digital technical manuals for my vehicle. I just can't say enough about Tyler. My wife was also very impressed. We've always liked Kuni and Tyler just cemented our continued relationship with them. The whole buying experience was exceptional and went beyond what I already expected of Kuni Lexus at Greenwood Village. My wife and I thank you sincerely, Tyler. I hope you remain at Kuni for a long time as I may have questions that pop up now and then in the future.

I live in Wyoming and have been to Kuni twice recently. I was always treated great by all your employees. Andrew Fitzpatrick worked with me both visits. He was friendly and had all the answers I needed for this purchase. After first trip he called me to check on me. After a test drive of a great car he was able to get the deal done while I was in Kuni. He was also nice enough to deliver my IS 350 F Sport coming up this week. What a seamless experience.

My sales person addie Ross was excellent with a calm, efficient manner to address my questions and concerns. She looked for the right car for me, explained differences in models and 2020vs 2021 changes and prices and then getting me a price that made me want to buy the car. She got the car all detailed for me, picked up the weather Mats I had purchased and put in car for me, full tank and as much time as I need to understand the features. Gave me her number and said call with any questions. I left the dealership excited about my new car and very happy with the overall experience.
