The owner is straight up with you. He will work out deals that work good for you and him. He sold me a car and knocked about $1000 off his asking price. The purchase was a gift for my wife, she loves the car. This is a salesman that you can build a rapport with. I plan n future purchases from them.

Unfortunately like other places up and down Broadway this place is only concerned with money. Put 1000 down on a 4,999$ car, made 4 payments of $250 a piece. Ended up totaling the car and getting the blue book value of 4,400 for the car which went all to the lienholder. Lienholder (Performance Auto) never contacted me about them receiving the check much less them taking the entire check instead of 3,500 like we agreed upon. The remaining amount was supposed to go to another down payment on a car but like I said, not only was I not contacted but I had to call the insurance company to find out that my total loss check had been received by them. Instead of caring about the customer and getting the price of their car back they valued taking every cent they could with the loan and whatever bonus they owe me.
