My experience With Royal Automotive was phenomenal because of Ariel Lopez. He went above and beyond. Making the car buying experience smooth. I accompanied my daughter to Royal Automotive to look for a new car. With this being her first purchase we knew there would be a few hoops to jump through. Ariel Lopez was wonderful! He worked with her through the entire process, making everything much easier than we expected. The cars were clean and well taken care of, with low mileage and great prices. We were both very impressed with our experience at Royal Automotive and especially with Ariel. I would highly recommend this dealer.
Went in to get a car and thought it would be a long tedious process but Ariel made it so quick and painless. We told him what we needed and it made it happen for us! Really just the nicest person who actually enjoys what he does. He answered every little question we had and treated us as if he had known us all of our lives. Definitely ask for him when you go.
I bought a car from Royal Automotive, sitting at home 1200 miles away. Totally smooth operation from start to finish. The car arrived in perfect condition, all paperwork included. Ariel in Sales did a great job, totally responsive, followed through on all details. An excellent experience.
What an easy and stress free experience. My car was having mechanical issues and that weren’t worth the cost and Ariel got me into a car and driving home within two hours! It was by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had with cars and no one will work as hard to get you a car at a great rate like he will! I will always come back to get cars from him
