This review is based solely off of the buying experience** I have only had the car for about 6 hours so this review does not reflect any potential issues in the future (based on the team I met today, I do not foresee there being any problems working with these guys to reach an agreement if something were to come up). Anyway, this was my first car buying experience. Keep in mind that I found the car online, did most of my own research and only went there to see the condition/test drive this specific one.nnTeddy (the sales agent) had reached out via text the day before, after I showed interest online. We had been texting back and forth until I arrived (the GM, Micah, also called me direct after I shot him an email - very responsive); he also sent me pictures, upon request, of the underbelly so I could see if there was any rust. I got to the lot, they were slammed but Teddy was able to come out and meet me within a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend making an appointment with this dealer because they are very busy (and for a good reason)! The car checked out and actually looked nicer than the pictures. The service from start to finish was great. I showed up, handed my license and insurance, got the keys to the car, drove it around the block, decided it was the right car for the right price, went inside, did the paperwork and left. Seamless and easy buying experience - would recommend to anyone. Teddy, Micah, John and the rest of the team were fantastic!

Did you know they can raise your car payment even after you sign all of your papers? Yup. I purchased a car here and 14 days later when I came in to have them service my car (repair the emergency brake... seems like this should have been done before selling but that’s not even the biggest issue here.) Then Ryan called me into his office to let me know that my car payments are going to be higher than we initially agreed. He very rudely explained how it was all my fault and how they are now having to pay a fine because of me. He literally blamed me for whatever mistakes that were made along the way when processing my loan. They did not attempt to discuss this with me before hand and I had been in contact with them several times. I was unable to accept the new higher payment rate and let them know I would have to give the car back. Bob very rudely said “Give me the keys then”. I told him I need to get my belongings out of the car before I give up the keys and I asked if I could have my down payment back. He said “no, it will be a few weeks before we can process that paperwork” I went out to the car to collect my things and Bob made a huge scene and shouted at his employees to come block my car in on all sides. He stood in front of my car while I gathered my things with his arms crossed and a smug look on his face. It has humiliating. The way Ryan and Bob dealt with this situation was HIGHLY unprofessional and borderline emotional abuse. Teddy was still a wonderful salesman and the Manager Micah treated me kindly. Unfortunately the damage had already been done and what could have been a inconvenience turned into a traumatic, demeaning and emotionally intense experience. I am now without a car because of their lack of communication. Not to mention I am a frontline worker and was even wearing my scrubs as I just came on my lunch break. Their lack of respect is astonishing. This place really has potential, but as long as Bob and Ryan are employees there, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of working with Miguel for a few days while my husband and I deliberated on a vehicle. When arriving, we had the pleasure to meet Micah; he was very cordial, honest, and upfront with the vehicle. Although we did not make a purchase, we had a great conversation and appreciated the dedicated time. I look forward to my next visit!nNote to future buyers: do your research prior to your visit.

Came in to check out a couple vehicles we had seen online. We ended up buying a 15 Honda Pilot which we where leaning towards. Teddy our salesman was really helpful. Low pressure. They worked with us. We got the payoff on our trade and got the payments we were looking for. Our experience buying a vehicle was great one. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Miguel was super informative, friendly and didn’t pressure me with sales tactics and lies to get me into anything. He listened to what I wanted and helped me every step of the car buying process way.
