We recently went to look at trailers and Kory was phenomenal! He showed us the camper, explained all the functionalities and went above and beyond (even giving us additional time) to talk to him about it. He did not pressure us at all. He was very patient, attentive and gave such wonderful customer service! We ended up purchasing our very first camper from him! He gave us a thorough walk-thru, explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions and even blocked traffic for us to leave the lot. I will be recommending Auto RV America (Kory) to everyone I know!
I cannot give enough praise for Kory at Auto RV America. As a first time buyer, he was clear in helping me understand my needs for the type of traveling I want to be able to do, and helped me to make a decision I felt really comfortable with. Beyond making the purchase process straight forward, he has even afterward gone above and beyond to answer my questions about basic operations - and even showed up to my house to help me figure out a small parts tweak. The reason I purchased from here was hands down Kory’s demonstration and commitment to service! Highly recommended - incredible character, fair business, and enjoyable experience!
Purchased a new toy hauler today from Kory. He was very helpful and easy going. he maintained good hygiene, social distancing, and kept on his mask the whole time. Very low pressure and knew each camper well. Paper work took less than 20 minutes and the price was great! The only dealer, I could find, with a price in the same range was Lazy Days who I will never buy from again. I pick up on Friday and will let everyone know how delivery goes. If it goes as smoothly as the sale went, it will be a Great Day!

Once we do I will change this review to 5 in a heart beat!nnWith that said...nnKory is a great guy. My girlfriend and I live in San Diego and Kory went way beyond the call of duty for us. He’s a super genuine stand up guy! He got on a zoom call with us and gave us a personal virtual tour of the trailer we were interested in buying. He answered all of our questions and he even offered to help us with anything we need when get there.nnSo of course we had to buy the trailer.
