last year we were told a car they had for sale and on display had been checked out and thoroughly inspected and was ready for sale so we trusted them.nThen, after about a week the abs monitor failed (500bucks) then a couple months later the driveshaft was worn, right tie rod was dead and the struts were all bleeding along with the bushings. We only used the car for about 20 miles. what a Lemon. We are thousands into it now. we definitely got taken for a ride. We are disabled and don't have a lot of money to begin with so shame on them for taking advantage of us.

Great Experience Every Time!nnI have purchased 4 vehicles from Casey at EMI over the last 18 months. They have very nice inventory and if Casey did not have the car I wanted at the time he found it. Every time he has taken his time to make sure I am completely satisfied with my purchase, he even came through when I needed financing with lower rates then my personal bank would offer. Casey (and the rest of the staff at EMI) have a no pressure sales approach that makes the whole process easy and much less stressful then any other dealership I have dealt with. I have referred multiple friends and family to EMI and I will continue to buy my cars from them!

I work next door to these guys and I know the cars leaving there lot are top quality. From the engine to the interior they uphold the highest standard and I have nothing but respect for everyone that works there. I know where I'm getting my next car and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent car buying experience! We found a great car on EMI's website, and planned to buy it if everything checked out. Everything about our experience was very low pressure and not stressful. Unlike a lot of dealerships, we were able to test drive the car on our own. They stand behind the condition of their vehicles, but had no problem with us taking it for a used vehicle inspection. They sincerely did their best to work with us and get us into the car. Compared to a lot of other dealerships, their processing fee is very low.
