I originally posted a 5 star review and now need to be completely honest. This was a great fix short term problem. I needed a car that could fit my family of 6 and they KNEW that safety was my biggest requirement.nnThey told us the “problems” that were wrong with the vehicle and said they would get it fixed. They fixed everything except my brake pads (which they said they would) when we brought it in to check the brake pads were bare to the bone and there was another issue that needed to be fixed. They charged me for a service they STATED would be covered.nnWell I finally paid off my car (8 months total) of owning a car and sure enough the problems began. We just left a true mechanic who said that our engine and transmission are bad and it will cost more to fix the car than the actual car is worth, the alignment is bad, and they could not believe that a company would put us in a horrible vehicle to begin with. Transmission and engine problems don’t happen over night, and with the amount that we drive the car definitely not in 8 months.nnI don’t know what people would expect though. They have great customer service in the beginning but I guess anything to make a quick buck. So now me and my family are out of a vehicle again and will probably need to again lease another car with money we don’t have.

Great people, I bought a car and had an issue with getting emissions done. I called and brought it back to them and they put me in their shop and got it fixed with no hesitation. Otherwise, I am very happy with the vehicle I bought!!

The Employees here are all very experienced and hard working. They are caring and always available to do the best they can for their customers. I am always very pleased with the services I receive here at Better Cars. There's no better place to take your business, you will be impressed and taken care of as if you are their family.

Been there twice now looking for a specific truck. Thought prices were good, good inventory and good people. John answered my questions and was transparent with vehicles I was interested in. If they get in what I'm looking for I would purchase from them.

I really enjoyed having business with better cars. The people there were really friendly and fair. I would absolutely recommend it for anyone seeking a good car.
