Macy Marsh, our salesperson was wonderfully professional, kind and proficient. We arrived and the car was parked out front, sanitized. Quick test drive, signed all paper work, paid for the car and drove off the lot in just over 60 minutes. The experience was hassle free.

I had a very good experience working with Mason at Groove Used Cars.nThey were friendly and took care of all my questions and concerns, the team made buying a car easy . I called Mason the next day with a question and he took care of my concern immediately. It was also a breeze working with the Alex in finance and Jay the manager. I would recommend giving Groove a try.

You better hope the car is perfect cause they will make it impossible to get it fixed for free before time is up. My next step is contacting their lawyer. They knew I needed to come back and the manager was impossible to get ahold of. They owe me free maintenance. The phone tag was bull.

7pm Wed night, agreed to a price, was told the manager would call me next day 11am with the final answer on one last issue. Instead I got a text at 2pm Thurs they sold to someone else. Pretty shady. Very disappointed.
