My fiance purchased a car from B Quality Auto Check. Brett made sure everything was quick and easy. My fiance had all of his paperwork signed and drove off the lot within 2 hours of choosing the car. Bret is great. He found the perfect pre-owned vehicle for me and an affordable luxury car. He got me approved in a matter of minutes. 1 yr affordable pmts. It needed a motor mount and he was reluctant to release it until he had the part and it was installed. Upfront and honest w me. He got the part in and installed it and asked me if I needed anything else. I couldn't afford a new car and he understood. He takes care of the customer after the sale and really cares. I love my 04 Volvo V 70, a luxury car, quality car and he took care of the issues. I needed help, he helped me into a quality check'd pre-owned vehicle. Worst experience trying to purchase a vehicle. Being a past car dealer myself. I know this type of behavior when I see it. This car place only deals with CERTAIN individuals. I would rather him tell me to get lost than to completely brush me off. REAL passionate car dealers, see everyone the same.
