Easy process. Bob was very helpful. He even came back to help me out when he was supposed to be off. I don't get why there's these negative reviews, some people must be salty. Anyway, excellent customer service and good vibes all around. Thank you for your help, I will be referring people to you. Love our new Escape already!

Don't believe the negative reviews! By far the best auto dealership I've had the experience in dealing with. Both Bob and Dave are the coolest and nicest guys around. They were very helpful in answering all the questions I had and helped me buy an excellent vehicle the same day I arrived. Will definitely go back to them again!

My wife and I bought our first dealership car from Fran two years ago but never got around to leaving a review. When we showed up we were relieved to find that Fran did not pressure us at all and was helpful and honest throughout the entire process. Two years later the car still runs great and has not had any issues.
