Had a great experience with Bob. One of the easiest car buying purchases I have ever made! Bob is genuine and his cars are reasonably priced. He won't try to take advantage of you like a lot of shady used car lots will. We will most definitely be back when our family needs another vehicle! I purchased my second car from Denver Motors early last week, and like my first experience with this dealer about five years ago, the experience was pleasant and professional. Bob Dennis took extra pains to fully disclose the known issues about the car I purchased. He also pointed me to several resources that I could use to troubleshoot and repair a couple of problems with the car. For example, this car didn't have the original radio, so he provided me with the part number for the original radio and indicated sources where I could purchase the radio, cautioning me on the importance of choosing a radio with the exact part number to ensure proper operation. Likewise for a problem that this model had concerning moisture entering the PCM. He clearly described the problem and provided me with a YouTube video showing how to address the problem. I hardly need to mention other attributes that are well documented about this dealership...the cleanliness, the overall quality of the cars, the straight talk and the nonpressured atmosphere. Five stars! I love this little lot.
I’ve bought a lot of cars in my time and my dad sold cars for about 30 years. Although I’d consider myself a pretty experienced purchaser of vehicles I’ve never bought from a small independent dealer until I visited Denver Motors. Bob at Denver Motors was GREAT to deal with. He was very helpful, quick to respond to all calls and e-mails and just all around a nice guy. No, I’m not his brother-in-law. He and I went back and forth on the deal for about a week before we came together but it was a always very respectful conversations and I think we both did very well on the deal.nnCheck out Denver Motors and tell Bob that Ed the proud owner of the “Black Sky” sent you.
I just read a review on Denver Motors and couldn't disagree more . I have purchased several cars from Bob he was very helpful and great to work with.nI am recently widowed and when it came to trade my vehicle for a newer one I was apprehensive having never done this by myself before.nBob was very patient with me . I told him what I was needing in a newer vehicle and he showed me several one owner, low mile cars he had.nI decided on a small suv he had.He took the time with me to make sure I was making the right decision.nI was treated with the utmost respect and received great service.nI made a great deal with my trade in and couldn't be happier with my new car!nCheck out Denver Motors for your next car you won't be sorry !
Today I was very disappointed in Bob at Denver Motors. I have purchased two vehicles from him in the past. I took my sister to see a vehicle last week and we had contract drawn up for the vehicle. I received a call from Bob today and he basically pulled the rug out from underneath us and sold this car to someone else. He was very rude on the telephone. He professes to be a Christian businessman but that is so untrue. I would not recommend his business to anyone after today because it just proves to me that he's not honest and his word and his contracts are not worth the paper they're printed on. He's just after the money and doesn't really care about you as a customer.
