As someone who's both in the autism spectrum and an MS patient, I'd never gotten a massage before due to concerns about sensory overload. However, when my husband told me he was booking a massage for me, I was excited to give it a try.nnMy massage therapist was Nora, and I'm beyond grateful for it! I needed someone with a lighter touch, and she was absolutely perfect; just enough pressure to relieve the pain in my back, hips, and shoulder, but not enough to send me into overload. When she was applying pressure to select points on the base of my skull, I noticed she was triggering the same points I use when I'm attempting to relieve a migraine! The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and my massage therapist had me completely at ease within minutes of the massage starting (not an easy feat with a neurodivergent client).nnI had a fantastic experience here, and now my husband and I are both looking forward to our couple's massage next month!

Very charming employees and nice relaxing environment. Jenessa was my massage therapist and I went in for a deep tissue massage. I was hunched forward and my entire back was in pain. I did two sessions and it has made a world of difference! Appointments are super reasonable price and well worth every penny. Highly recommend them if you having any muscle issues.
