Several years ago this pharmacy was top notch. I have not been impressed in the last several years. They must have lost their quality people. Today my wife had an encounter with Brian....who said flat out that her prescription had never been called in. She had spoken to the pharmacy on monday and they said that the prescription had been called in.nWe have the pharmacy in our contacts list so it wasnt a matter of calling the wrong Rosauers. Had Brian been willing to investigate the situation and not say it never happened that would have been fine. We asked our Dr. To suggest another pharmacy.
This is my favorite pharmacy to use! They are the best and the lady there always finds me coupons to help me save money. I almost NEVER wait in line and when I do, it doesnt take long.
