Terrific service for customized travel experiences. Tafari has great access to guides and unique experiences. Highly recommend!
I've been a fan of Tafari Travel since their launch. The founder and her team are extremely knowledgeable and well-traveled. They have their finger on the pulse of where to go and where to stay and the must-book experiences. They have always been one-step ahead of other tour operators while still keeping sustainability and responsible travel top of mind. I can't imagine a better team to plan my next vacation.
They deserve zero stars. They literally stopped working on my trip and never contacted me again. It took almost one month just to get two hotel options- forget about plane tickets, tours etc. Then they just blew me off completely and stopped working on my trip. I have never had such bad customer service with anyplace as with here.
Kerry helped me with last minute plans with 2 hotels, 4 restaurant recommendations and sight seeing tips in less than 12 hours! I was really happy with her choices and would their service again!
We had Sarah help us with a hotel and flight bookings for a trip in Tanzania to see the migration. Her local knowledge of Tanzania was very helpful. We had a memorable experience seeing the wildebeest migration, and fantastic accommodation! Many thanks!
