this used to be a good pharmacy. The last couple years, since the new lady took over, has been horrible. They are rude and make mistakes. Im done. Im going somewhere else. My whole family has stopped going here.

Went to pick up my cats medicine and didn’t realize they closed so early. As soon as I realized it I said oh your closed and the lady working there was extremely rude. She said we closed at noon actually. See you Monday or whenever. Honestly if I could get my cats medicine else were I would not give them my business

I've been a customer here since November 2018 and they have bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service. My previous pharmacy was terrible, they never had a prescription ready, the final straw there was I went in Friday evening to get a prescription that had been called in several days prior. The prescription wasn't ready, they said that they would it next and I said OK, I'll come in tomorrow morning to get it. The prescription wasn't ready Saturday, Sunday when I went in to get it the prescription still wasn't ready so I stood there and waited for them to finish. The Medicine Shoppe always have my prescriptions ready when they say they will.

I’ve had good experiences here. When it was cold out, they let me wait in my warm car until my pills were ready, and let me know when they were. :)nnAnd I doubt that the femaleness of the staff has anything to do with their competence.
