Please don’t go to this place. I watch multiple videos and was cautioned by others to ask certain questions. But I did take caution. I got a series of thick and unsymmetrical lines drawn of my eyebrows. Didn’t bother to go for a second session. From countless videos I watched, the second session is to fill in gaps not an entire eyebrow of space. I should have known when he didn’t numb my eyebrows in the beginning that it will be a butch job. The only thing he got right is the color. I couldn’t get my credit card to dispute the remaining $198 for retouch. Paid $ $318 to get embarrassing lines on my brows

VERY UNPROFESSIONALnnPurchased Groupon prior to COVID 19 had my appointment scheduled and had to cancel due to state ordered closure. Rescheduled as soon as possible after re-opening. Was excited for my appointment, that I made a month ago. Got TEXT message morning of appointment telling me they are no longer honoring Groupon and to request a refund. CLEARLY they are still HONORING Groupons - Not a great business model - VERY unprofessional!
