Horrible customer service ,I was told to come in for a medical item they told me my insurance was good and they had the item in stock...only to arrive and them tell me I cannot receive the item...poor work ethic and even worse. customer service!!! Stay away from this place they suck!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service if you're not Eastern European, apparently.... TWO ladies on staff and neither one even greeted me, but we're SO quick to help the other last of same ethnic background.... Tried helping myself but most labels were in another language. Ended up leaving and going to MedStuff across the street.
