Super easy in and out pharmacy. I love Kroger pharmacy and have used them over Walgreens for years because the customer service is so much better. These guys have a lot to do every day so remember that and are typically understaffed. I avoid headaches through a few ways. I use the app and text messages so I don’t go try to pick up prescriptions that aren’t ready. I don’t expect immediate turns on prescriptions typically and I don’t call at the last minute for refills. And I try to pick up prescriptions at non rush hours. If there’s a line, I go pick up groceries and come back. If I need a prescription immediately, it’s an exception, not a rule. And please stop trying to buy your groceries AND your prescriptions at the same time. It takes time away from the job the pharmacists are really supposed to be doing (and trained for and the job they want to do and the job you complain about them not doing). If it’s one or two items, fine, but more than that, go to the self check out. They didn’t go to school for years to bag your groceries.

This is the only place I trust to handle my many, many prescriptions. I’ve taken to filling them in a few days in advance, and there’s never been an issue about getting it on time.

Doctor calls I'm prescription 2 hours ahead of my arrival. Nothing is ready. Pulling up to the drive thru to be told come back in 15 min. I call in today the person answering the phone says hold there's multiple people calling ahead of you. The worst pharmacy!

All the one star reviews are on point. The line is always super long, and prescriptions are never ready on time. I’ve been going back and forth with my dentist on some prescription toothpaste for months now. The dentist says they called the prescription in, KS says they don’t have it. Today, I went in for a prescription that my husband called in yesterday and it still wasn’t ready. Go somewhere else.

This is the worst pharmacy in the world. Honestly. The worst. The fact that Kroger keeps this place open is a complete embarrassment and blemish on the establishment. Prescriptions are NEVER ready when they say they’ll be. Never. And everyone is so flippant about it...like it’s not a big deal. Many of the prescriptions they deal with are literal lifelines for people, and they act like their customers are asking for some luxurious item. This pharmacy feels like a complete scheme—the lack of care here is truly astonishing and should not be allowed to happen. KING SOOPERS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. Step in and see that you have a serious, SERIOUS problem with this pharmacy. It’s a disgrace.
